Train the Trainers

ITRES will provide “Training for Trainers” by involving the Customer’s designated personnel into the training path.

Training for Trainers Courses will include:

• Basic training skills (i.e. Method Of Instruction - MOI);
• Management of Training Scenarios (Instructor Operating Stations - IOS);
• Assessment of Students’ performance (Grading Methodology);
• Standardization and Operational Evaluation methods (OPEVAL);
• Set up and management of Combined Operations (Land, Air and Naval players).
