Training Concept Implementation

Following to a Training Need Analysis and the selection of the most suitable Training Path, the training concept will be put into practice as agreed with the Customer.

Courses will be progressively started by matching different levels of trainees and availability of training aids. The maximum effort will be put on the exploitation of the existing training aids already available at the Customer’s, while specific synthetic tools will be assembled in time.

Training Objectives, expressed in terms of Operational Readiness Levels (ORL) will be achieved and demonstrated through Operational Evaluation Exercises under the control of the Customer.
