ITRES adopts a phased approach to training, ensuring that courses are progressively launched by aligning the different levels of trainees with the availability of training aids. This approach allows for a gradual and scalable training process, ensuring that all personnel can begin their development without delay. The emphasis is placed on fully utilizing the existing training aids and resources available at the customer's facilities, optimizing the use of current assets to jump-start the training process.

As new technologies and synthetic tools become available, they will be integrated into the training framework, providing more advanced and immersive training opportunities. These synthetic tools, such as high-fidelity simulators and virtual environments, will progressively enhance the learning experience, enabling trainees to engage in more complex, realistic scenarios as they advance in their training.

The Training Objectives, defined in terms of Operational Readiness Levels (ORL), will serve as the benchmarks for measuring the progress and effectiveness of the training program. These objectives are carefully designed to align with the operational requirements of the customer, ensuring that trainees develop the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in real-world scenarios.

Once the ORLs are achieved, they will be rigorously tested and demonstrated through Operational Evaluation Exercises (OPEX). These exercises will be conducted under the close supervision of the customer, who will assess the trainees' performance in simulated operational conditions that closely replicate actual mission environments. The OPEX serves as a crucial validation step, ensuring that personnel are not only trained but fully capable of executing their roles in real-world operations.
